How long does delivery take?

We’re here to get your Just Strong pieces to you as quickly as possible - so you can stay focused on feeling powerful and confident.

Express Delivery (UK)

• Place your order before 1pm (UK time) and we’ll dispatch it the same working day.
• Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery (UK)

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery

• International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days from dispatch.
• In many cases, your order may arrive sooner depending on your location and local courier services.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Express orders placed before 1pm: dispatched same day
• All other orders: we aim to dispatch within 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
• Customized items are printed on demand, so please allow a little extra time for dispatching your personalized piece is worth the wait 💪

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Are orders tracked?

Yes - from 09/02/26, all orders are sent using a tracked service, so you can follow your delivery journey every step of the way.

Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can stay in control and monitor your delivery from warehouse to doorstep.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we always aim for fast, reliable delivery, delays can occasionally happen during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

We move fast to get your order picked, packed, and on its way as quickly as possible. Because of this, emails requesting changes may not be seen in time before your order is already in progress.

Please double-check all details - including size, address, and items - before completing checkout to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.

Do we offer returns?

Yes - we accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods or festive holidays).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Not worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Free from pet hair
• Returned with the original swing tag still attached

Returns that don’t meet these conditions - including items with removed swing tags -won’t be accepted.

Please note:
• We do not accept returns on Gift Cards or Customized items. This does not affect your statutory rights - please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
• Sale items cannot be refunded; however, we do offer exchanges on these.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 working days for returns to be processed once we’ve received them.

Currently, we don’t offer free or pre-paid return labels, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Do you have a size chart?

Yes - size charts are located on each individual product page to help you find your perfect fit.

Will I need to pay customs fees on my order?

Just Strong is a UK-based clothing company, and on some occasions, international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes when entering your country.
